-21-story building under construction in Ikoyi collapses
A 21-story has collapsed in Ikoyi Lagos state today, Monday, November 1st.
According to an eyewitness at the scene, the owner of the building, his assistance, and some police officers were also trapped during the collapse.
Some of the builders and several others were in the collapsed building
The building located at Mosley Road in Ikoyi totally collapsed in a heap.
They are searching to rescue trapped persons, but the owner’s bulletproof jeep is out of the way for Lagos State Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA) to get in as the key to the vehicle is with the owner.

Details on the number of casualties and those rescued are yet to be known, as rescue is still ongoing at the moment.
