– An e-version of Buhari will be better not an unnecessary e-Naira -Remo Omokiri says
The federal government of Nigeria has finally launched the Nigerian digital tender known as “e-Naira” on October 25.
This came months after the federal government banned its citizens from buying, trading cryptocurrency.
Human rights activist, Reno Omokiri who is against the Buhari government has once again tackled his project.
He slammed the president, stating that he wouldn’t be able to give credible information if asked on the occasion of the e-Naira digital currency launch.
Reno questioned why a coin should be launched without a blockchain, miners, and purpose. “e-Naira could as well mean Embezzle Naira.”, he said.
Reno further said that:
Nigerians do not need an unnecessary e-Naira. What they need is e-Security, e-Jobs, e-Electricity, e-Roads, e-Schools, and above, they need an e-Buhari because the physical Buhari is doing more harm than good.
seg_bayo disagreed with Reno, he replied:
I totally disagree that we don’t need e-Naira. he doesn’t need to know what he launches. Trump didn’t as well, when he was in the office. The above listed are needed as well
While was _taiwo___ was amazed that even the professor in their midst during the lunch couldn’t relate exactly the usefulness of the coin, he wrote:
This funniest part is that none of them said something meaningful while launching it .. even the so called “professor”
