That is what they are afraid of.
The fact that we choose to defy oppression!
The fact that we demand a better country regardless of whatever they do to us.
From #EndSARS to #EndSARSMemorial it should never have been so.— Sally Suleiman (@is_salsu) October 20, 2021
People were killed because they asked to be protected, they asked for the killings to stop and for justice to be served.

On this day LAST YEAR in Abuja, the protesters approached a traffic warden & he was trying to run. They stopped him & told him they recognized their good works, & gave him drinks, food & fruits. After they left, he bent down and shed some tears. RT!#EndSARSMemorial pic.twitter.com/SoDPLooxJ6— K A C H I ❤ (@NurseKachii) October 16, 2021
20 – 10 – 20. The day we gave them peace and they gave us war, the day we came with life and left with death. We shall never forget the souls we lost, the murders committed, the misuse of power. #EndSARSMemorial #EndSARS #EndPoliceBrutality— DREYLO (@RealDreylo) October 20, 2021
